Can't Access Radeon Settings, GPU doesn't seem

Hi friends, I am here with one more amazing resolution for the issue reported with AMD Radeon with a discrete graphics card on Windows 10 PC.
Error reported was :
"Radeon Settings are currently not available. Please try again after connecting AMD Graphics".
Found people tried all kind of steps to resolve this issue on below AMD community.

But they failed in trying one simple and very general step.
Which needs very little common sense.
Sorry for keeping you waiting.
Resolution is :
Unplug the video cable coming from your monitor to computer and connect it to the port which is on the graphics card:).
That's it now you will be able to access AMD Radeon graphics card settings.
Isn't that simple, even I flushed my brain for 40 minutes to identify this solution.
Or maybe at least giving it a try worked.

    1. That means, you need to connect the cable on the right place. Your computer has ports which are in your motherboard, and the ports which are on additional video graphic adapter. Just connect it on graphic card which is additional
